Musing

Shall I write today? I don't know what to write. Should I share the secrets that don't appear here? I don't know if I'm ready to expose myself that much. Writing helps, and I feel only half of myself is here. Am I being a fraud? Or am I merely being selective and self protective?

You're being selective and protective which I understand fully.

But I do pray that all is well with you and that you are happy.

It gives me a lift when I see you've visited my blog and left comments. At least I know you're still able to make it to your computer! (lol)

Blessings, Sweet Girl...

Only tell what you feel comfortable telling. We all have to keep something of ourselves private.

Lovely to hear from you, as always :)

That's probably wisdom you're heeding!

We're here for you, and safe...but that doesn't mean all the internet is!

I understand what you mean writing about it can sometimes help. I usually hold back publishing my posts, till I'm sure I want to share. If you could see how many many I have in draft.....

An old poem my Granny used to recite ended with: oh, dear--oh, dear--is this I??

Neat 55!

We all self-edit, even in the potential anonymity of the internet. It's easy to feel that you're being the only one who's holding things back, but I'll bet you that (with a few exceptions) everyone out here in the blogosphere is keeping quite a bit to themselves. ;-)
