What do you do when a healthcare professional you see regularly and trust, starts peddling multi level marketed vitamins to you in the middle of a consultation?
oooooh. Do you mean really peddling, like showing you a bottle and suggesting you buy it? Because if so - that is extremely unprofessional, and possibly illegal. It may be worth discussing with someone from the medical board in your state.
Politely decline - one of my past doctors has done that and I felt really pressured but then realized I shouldn't have to deal with that so I politely declined
I'm in my 30's and trying to become a reformed workaholic. I've decided it is time to bite the bullet and try working to live, and not living to work. I'm stepping out of my (dis)comfort zone and getting a life.

If your doctor's really cool, firmly say no and make it clear you don't appreciate the solicitation.
If the doc sucks, drop him, stat. Nothing worse than a medical "professional" trying to score extra cash on the side.
Close your legs or pocketbook, or both.
Ooh, bad medical kharma. Yeah, just say no. Ick.
Switch.
